Current Research Project: Adapting voice assistants (Siri, Alexa, etc...) to be more accessible for people with dementia (Combining NLP, Computer Vision and Knowledge Graphs). Education: I am studying my PhD in Artificial Intelligence and have both an MSc in Artificial Intelligence with Speech and Multimodal Interaction (Distinction), and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics. Experience: I am a Research Associate at Heriot-Watt University. Previously worked on Amazon Alexa as an Applied Scientist, machine learning / data science projects within The NHS, Scottish Government, and private clients in many sectors including finance.
